How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

FIX YOUR LAND DRAW!!!!
Stop using an algorithm and just make it random. This is ridiculous.

Improvisation capstone needs to be banned!
Improvisation capstone, Tablet of discovery, and Death to our enemies with Thor is at least 60 percent of my matches. I have complained about the capstone card since the release, because it provides too much value every turn, and can't be interacted with other than a counter spell. Which you can run lands to prevent that. Now with tablet and death to our enemies ramp, you can get the spell out insanely early, and I feel shoehorned into one playstyle. Because of the overwhelming amount of people playing this, and it's core issue is Improvisation capstone being a noninteractive card…

Endless Entering Match
Game frequently gets stuck on the "Entering Match" loading screen. The loading asset spins indefinitely, forcing me to Alt+F4 and restart the game. This happens multiple times a day and ruins my matches. Please fix this server synchronization issue.

opponent played banned cards
I just played a match and my opponent played brainstorm, i was playing ranked historic and i cant add that card to my deck cause, wouldn`t u know? its banned, lost the game to a vivi player that had 3 cards in hand before pulling off the brainstorm into brainstorm into lightning bolting the **** out of my 2 blockers, cool game

Cheater or completely broken card algorithm
I’m reaching out to you because I don’t quite understand how, when I play against an opponent with a deck of more than 100 cards, usually three things happen: The first is that they tend to have a good mana curve.
The second is that they usually have spells that also match their mana curve.
And the third is that they often draw several copies of the same card during the game.I wonder if we’re dealing with cheaters who modify the game, or if the algorithm that Magic: The Gathering Arena uses is completely broken.

PLEASE put companion (pet) sound effects on a different channel from normal SFX
Could "game rules" sounds be on a separate channel from normal sound effects?
I want to mute everything that isn't relevant to the execution of a match, so that when i minimize the window the only sounds i hear from the game are sounds that tell me something is happening that i might need to respond to.
Like, just sound effects for game actions, shuffling, the rope, priority, etc. I want to mute everything else, no "ear candy".

Bought a mythic pack, only got a rare wildcard
I bought a mythic pack of Marvel and I only got a rare wildcard (see screenshot). I’m 100% sure it was a mythic pack because I had exactly 3300 gems, bought two packs, and as you can see in the screenshot below I have 2780 gems (I.e. I spent 520 gems).

Opponent DoS with card hover highlight
In a recent game, my opponent was able to DoS me by frequently changing the card hover highlight. I was able to restart the game to take one game action, but a few seconds after restarting, my game actions stopped registering again. Muting the opponent did not fix the issue (muting does not affect hover highlighting).

garbage game
Turn 2-3 is defeat without perfect interaction, Add to that how rigged it is, the perfect mix of garbage.
They should pair decks of similar power that are capable of interacting a little, but it seems impossible.
I'm just watching my opponent play solitaire, uninteresting games.

Ward protected commander being cast
I was playing Brawl against miirym, sentinel wyrm, and my opponent went to cast him from the command zone. I tried to counter with Devious Cover-Up and targeted 2 cards in my graveyard to shuffle back to my library, and I was given a warning that my spell would be countered by the ward ability; I had tapped out to counter the spell. Ward was not active at the time since the wyrm was not a permanent, yet my spell was still countered by the ward ability. To my understanding, Ward only applies if the card that has it already…

Able to access Pre-Production Build
While MTG Arena was down for scheduled maintenance on 7/21/2026, there was an option to change the version on the bottom right-hand side of the screen. Changing the value to "PreProd Doorbell by Client Verson" allowed one to change the version of the game.

Unable to unlock other game mode
Unfortunately, I can only fight against the bot Sparky and not against others. Please fix this.

Cannot connect after July 21 update, Windows PC
After the July 21 update, I get the "Connection Lost" screen when I open Arena on my Windows PC. My computer is connected to the internet, and I am able to connect to the Arena server on my iPhone.

Timer stuck
I'm playing my last game in pick two draft. My opponent hasn't done anything for the last 10 min, but the timer is stuck and does not advance. I feel cheated out of a potential win. I'm on android.

Land Notifier
I would like there to be an option when you concede a game that it is due to land. Not because you're being a spoiled sport. It's no fun to draw all land or no land for the entire game. And I would like to be able to tell my oponent at the top of the game when you're mulliganing that the reason why/

"Are you sure?" Button for commander zone movement
Can we get an 'are you sure?' check for when commander is moving into exile and you accidentally click decline? Similar to the checks when you forget that you're trying to counter an uncounterable spell?

"Jump Into Marvel Super Heroes" FANTASTIC and SAVAGE LANDS are guaranteed to appear every time.
In Jump Into Marvel Super Heroes, when selecting the first and second packets,
"FANTASTIC" and "SAVAGE LANDS" invariably appear among the choices
regardless of how many times the attempt is made;
thus, the randomness of packet appearance rates is not being maintained.3 votes -
Daily Deals Reset in 217 Hours
Apparently my Daily Deals reset in 217 Hours? I’m on iOS and tried restarting the app and resetting assets and this bug still persists.
