How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Platform Server appears to be down

BUG : authntication failure
The user authentication system is currently experiencing major issues.
Repeated login attempts are made by the client software and recieve the "Authentication failed ...: timeout" message. I was booted from the system mid game and now I am not able to login.4 votes -
Network Error: Unable to join event.
I cannot start a Brawl match. Get the attached error message. I tried repairing game files and tried 4 different decks (none are invalid for Brawl)

Game will not authenticate my login iPhone 15
The game will not authenticate or let me load in as of yesterday afternoon I played in the morning will not allow me in now
Have deleted and redownloaded
Have restarted my phone
Checked for all known updates
Have deleted all cache items
Still has pop up stating will no authenticate server
Have tryed my home internet
Have tryed my cell service

Rank not updating after matches
Rank not updating after matches. I'm on Mythic top #1200, and doesn't matter how many matches I play, the rank sits at #781. Also in my profile it appears as Spart Tier 0 for both constructed and limited.

Quick draft foundations bug
Sto giocando un quick draft foundarions, ho fatto 3 vittorie ma non me ne ha riconosciuta nessuna, come punteggio resta sempre 0w - 0L, non vengono riconosciute neanche dalle daily quest.

Non mi dai i premi quando vinco le partite o se esegue le missioni rimango sempre a 0

Recompensas travadas
As recompensas diárias não surgem, assim como as missões diárias. Além disso, eu não subo nem desço o meu ranking, independente de eu perder ou ganhar. Por fim, por causa disso, não vou conseguir moedas suficientes para comprar os ítens em promoção na loja.

Can't discard my cards as the game wants me to
The button to submit the cards just doesn't lit up when I select the cards I want to discard.

Stuck on “waiting for the server”
The game will not let me in at all. Upon starting the application it stays on “waiting for the server” FOREVER. Eventually the main menu music starts playing in the background, but the menu never appears. I restarted my macbook, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, tried logging in on my phone… nothing. I can’t get in anywhere. The status page says “all systems operational.” This is ridiculous.

There didn't seem to be a countdown clock for the end of the TMNT quick draft ending. I paid, drafted a deck, played a game, and within 12 hours it was gone without warning.

Can't login
I cant login, it appears the following message and it seems to be loading but it doesn't happens anything. Same with Android or PC.

Log in failed
My game froze then kicked me off during Ranked Match... Now Its Saying Failed to Log In... Log in not autherized!

Threshold indicator on Shoreline Looter doesn't work
Shoreline Looter has a Threshold ability that activates when there are 7 or more cards in the graveyard. However, the indicator on the corner of the card doesn't change from 0, despite there being multiple cards in the graveyard and the ability being active. This only happens with Shoreline Looter; other creatures with Threshold (in the same deck) don't have this problem, which has happened to me in PC and Android during Standard Play and Sparky matches.

PLEASE give us a Sparky we can practice our brawl decks with, is already brawl precons in the system let sparky play those.

Color Challenge Bot Freezes
After a first freeze while playing the 3rd green Color Challenge (G vs U) and restoring the gamefiles, during the second attempt the bot froze exactly at the same point; the second mainphase of its second turn.
I'm not new to Arena, but still not a great welcoming surprise for new players and it seems I'm not the only one encountering a similar bug.4 votes -
Too many timeouts in Standard 1 of 1
In games, there are too many timeouts. Some players don’t play a single card, and the active player has to wait several minutes for the game to end so they can win.
It’s also often the case that sore losers just let the rope run out when they no longer feel like playing.
The timers themselves are certainly useful when you need a bit more time to think or you have connection problems during a best-of-three game. But they shouldn’t be used to punish other players.
That’s why I suggest reducing the number of available timers and/or their duration in…

daily quest not showing
FFs this is a regularly reported issue. I have been playing and no daily quests have popped up when the time runs out. I hate to go 0-100 on you, but the money I have spent on this game seems a waste. I either ask for a fix or a refund. Looking forward to your response. I buy a broken toaster, I return it.

Bug report: turtels forever
Bug report: Turtles Forever says "search your library and/or outside the game". However, when I cast Turtles Forever during a draft, I can only chose either library or outside but I cannot chose to search both.
