How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. no more alchemy

    Separate those stupid broken *** Alchemy cards from the real ones, I don't need people perpetually raping me beyond comparison. Also, why the **** is there an ability that lets people conjure the same ******* spell over and over and over and over and over in a SINGLE ******* CARD FORMAT?

  2. Opponents triggers counting down my timer after I hit resolve all

    I get that if I have priority, I need to do something and my timer starts. But after I've already hit "Resolve All", why should I be punished for my opponent playing a deck that has a million triggers?

  3. Spark post tutorial dialogue

    Spark post tutorial dialogue is replaying in the main menu despite the fact I finished the tutorial around a year ago. I just wanted to let you know this was happening

  4. Match resulted in a Draw despite winning

    Game is calling draw just before final blows and match ends

    I have reported this before with no results or feed back.

  5. alchemy

    It's being said 1000 times over here, but simply upvoting others is not enough. I thought Alchemy was a joke when announced and said "Oh well, I'll never play that." Now after it launches we learn that the card changes affect Historic with no option to turn it off.

    Absolutely unacceptable.

    I will not play Arena again until this change is reverted.

  6. Ranked bug

    I gain no ranked progress, its stuck at unranked. Ive played a lot of ranked games none of which i gained progress for.

  7. Repeated 11Gb download since Edge/Renewal

    This needs to be fixed. Laptop running Windows 11, this is the SIXTH time the Edge/Renewal update has happened- I have downloaded the 11+Gb file SIX times. This is not pleasant, ties up bandwidth and allows me zero time to play. What's going on? It seems to want to download every time I reboot my computer!!!

  8. updating data

    It says : "Error Updating Data - Please check your connection and try again".

    after a new patch launched on Jan 26th.

    I think this is a bug.

  9. Jump in Event - stuck

    I encountered an error with the jump in event.
    I have MTGA arena installed on my windows 10 pc and my iphone X.
    Recently I was playing jump in on my pc.
    I left it logged in at the jump in event, but i guess it timed out (I had to leave the house)
    I continued playing on my Iphone, resigned the event and rejoined, selecting two new packs, continued playing on my iphone.
    Afterwards, when I got back home, I continued playing on my PC. I reconnected and It was still on the jump in event, but still showing…

  11. Game crash

    the game crash on the deck selection area before to join a battle.
    Select the desk icon, roll the mouse wheel or the scroll bar to select your deck, then freeze and crash the game.

  12. Solutions to combat stalling / roping?

    Does WotC actually do anything about players who stall / rope games anymore? Reading the forums, it seems like they cracked down on it once 3 years ago, but no longer take active measures against it.

    I suggest adding a rope under the profile tab that gets shorter each time your account is reported for roping, and once your rope runs out, your account is banned. That way people know their are real consequences for their actions, and that WotC takes player conduct seriously.

  13. Lands not tapping for mana

    Asset errors abound. The tap lands were entering untapped, then in the future they wouldn’t tap for mana at all. The game was lagging and skipping around.

    Attached is a photo where the game is asking me to pay one more mana but it will not allow me to tap my temple.

  14. Hide Alchemy from Set Collection

    Allow players to hide Alchemy sets within collection. I'm sure I'm not alone in not being interested in collecting those and I'd be much more interested fin completing the other sets if my collection looked neater...

  17. Impossible to complete the color challenge

    with all the 5 colours when I try to complete the last fight of the color challenge it shows the message " Network Error: Unable to join the events. Please try again later". So I tried with iPad, iPhone and Mac all with the latest update to compete this challenge but every time the same message shows up.

  18. Opponent Did Not Lose With Negative Health

    I was playing in the ranked ranks and I came across an opponent who did not lose the game after the hit points were below 0, he continued playing as if nothing had happened.

  19. Game crash

    When i start a battle or the opponent cast a spell, the game crash and impossible to join the battle after, the game crash systematicaly and i loose the game.... In a ranking match...
