How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Daily Wins Didn't Reset

    The daily wins didn't reset for the day. I previously had 7 completed Daily Wins and it gave me a new daily quest though it didn't reset the Daily Wins.

  4. No Decks to Choose in Color Challenge

    On the color challenge I was midway through a fight with green and my game crashed. Now it tells me to pick a deck and when I do no decks pop up. It's not auto loading the deck either and I can't play until I can finish green. It's stopping me from ever getting to ranked play.

  7. waiting for server

    game loads and then stays stuck with a black screen saying "Waiting for server". Its been happening for the last two days. a friend has the same issue for a week now..

    My internet and laptop are fine; this is an issue with arena..

  8. Game locks when opponent concedes at ranked

    Game locks when opponent concedes at ranked.
    - The game does not disconect.
    - User menu cannot be acces by ESC key. The only way to quit is by closing the game in windows.
    - Cards animation and graphics engine still working.

    Not the first time that happen. Player concedes inmediatly after played card animation finish.
    Always with odd names players. In this case: USBSoundDevice
    I think that "Raal, Izzet Viceroy" triggers it... Hard to say if it is a bug or a hack. I was playing murderous raider on him. Or maybe rage quiters are broking the…

  9. Unable to choose second pack: Jumpstart: Jump In!

    I played a few games of the jumpstart event, Jump In!. On my third deck choice, I was able to choose my first packet, but not my second.

    On the packet selection screen, it showed that I had chosen the "Warriors" packet as "Packet 1" and the "Rock and Roll" pack as "Packet 2" but still requested I choose a packet. I tried choosing again, and it showed "Packet 3" over "Elves", and again I selected the other packet, "Roiling", and it showed "Packet 4". No resolution would get me out of the screen and into games, so I exited.

  10. Incorrect number of card styles rewarded for Yawning Portal

    I have played in a number of the Yawning Portal Events, and twice when losing I only recieved 1 card style, despite the rewards showing I should have recieved 2. Ultimatly I am missing 2 card styles.

  11. continual freezes during gameplay

    My arena client continually freezes during gameplay and eventually crashes out with windows error.

    It seems to most commonly happen when a special effect is being played for a card that has one, so the ability to turn those off might be a useful start. At the moment it's unplayable.

  12. Stuck at waiting for server

    Whenever I try to login using my account, the launcher will go through preparing assets then it will give me an orange spinning ring that says waiting for server.

    My Husband also has MTGA so I had him see if his game works, it does. his works fine on his computer. Except if i try to login on his computer it prepares assets then gets stuck at waiting for server again.

    I spent 3 days going back and forth with tech support, changing settings, uninstalling, reinstalling, using different internet connections. They checked to make sure I don't have any bans…

  13. Color Challenge stuck on resume

    I have completed all the color challenges, but a recent update that made some changes to the tutorial and the "learn more" section of the game has now placed a "resume" option on my home screen. There is nothing to resume, and therefore this flag will not clear. It's bugging me

  15. BUG: Can't select brawl decks in direct challenge

    Steps to reproduce the bug:
    1. Challenge a friend with a direct challenge
    2. Select brawl as the deck type
    3. See that you can't select any brawl decks in the challenge

    Platform: PC

    Results: I challenged a friend to a brawl match, but we can't select brawl decks in the challenge. They are shown as invalid decks. Only standard-legal decks are shown. Screenshot attached.

    Expectations: I would expect it to be possible to select brawl decks in a brawl challenge, just like before.

  16. Rebalanced & Regular Card Counts Combined

    After the 7/14/22 update, when editing decks containing any card that has both a normal and a rebalanced version, the number of cards shown as owned is incorrect. It displays a combined count of the two card versions.

    For example, if you own 2 copies of Esika's Chariot and Alchemy Esika's Chariot, the deck editor shows you as having 4 copies of Esika's Chariot instead of 2 copies of each separate version.

    Even when the card count is displayed correctly, decks with any of these cards may still come up as invalid when saved and require you to use wildcards…
