How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

My stonecoil serpent took damage from a multicolored permanent. What the ****?

Furious Rise trigger stays on stack visually
My opponent's "Furious Rise" trigger stayed on the stack since it first triggered. Everything on the stack appeared behind it and I couldn't read it.
Picture here shows mid combat the trigger still being on the stack.

Missing cards in starter deck
Finished the quest to get Selesnya Conclave deck today and none of the cards were added in my collection.
The deck is completely empty, appart from the basic lands.
I had none of the cards before and none of the cards were added after getting the deck: every number to the left of the cards are red.

The chat can't save all the messages, when it excede the maximum number of messages I can see the messages instantly but when I minimize the conversation and try to open another time I can't see the lasts messages

game froze during draft game
Games froze during draft game, i disconnect, and when enters it remains in the same froze game. I cannot play.

Client loses connection, even though Internet is fine.
Arena has been buggy again lately. All my other Internet based apps work fine, and there is no firewall blocking.

no mastery experience for daily wins
After the update today, I'm not receiving mastery experience for daily wins. I got wins 9-14 and the whole time my mastery tree was sitting at 975/1000 xp and never went up after the wins.

Cannot disable cat pet
Since the update on 7/21 I can no longer disable my cat pet. You can go to the profile and click to disable. but it is still in every game and teh setting is reset when you check back.

Kaya's ghost Form bug
Kaya's ghost form did not return my creature to the battlefield after the creature was targeted with eat to extinction. This seems to be a bug from the latest update.

After one game of traditional draft, the client say I only have one game remaining.
I paid for a traditional draft. Drafted. Played game 1. The client now says I have one game remaining. Where do I go to have this issue corrected or get a refund?

Game crashes after the last update
The game crashes when I open it after the last update.

Scute Swarm and Time Outs
Set to auto-resolve opponent's triggers of Scute Swarm, lost time outs due to this. Hopefully log helps with this.

The Ozolith
The Ozolith's trigger says may transfer the counters to a creature, and yet it forces you to choose a creature even if you don't have any, leading to an opponent's creature having to be selected, leading to game losses.

Server Lag in Game
Game lagged out in game. Couldn't play on my turn and got roped.

Server loss connection
Since last update my game is losing connection constantly, while my internet still working fine. So the server lost connection, then the game get freezed. If i restart the game, i get long reconnection time, and after some retrys i enter the game again but it still freezed ...

Crashing almost every game
The game keeps crashing. It started crashing a lot after the Core Set 2020 update. I switched to windowed mode and it seemed to mostly fix the issue. Now after the Throne of Eldraine update, I'm lucky if I get one game before it crashes. Most of the time it crashes right after I start a game and by the time I reload, the game has started and I get stuck with a bad hand or miss a turn. I would love to buy the Eldraine Mastery Pass, but I can't justify it if I can't play a single game…
